She obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2022, discussing a thesis in Criminal Law, with the title “The case of corruption: the problematic aspects of the most recent regulatory framework.”
During her academic career, she worked in the Legal Desk at the Rome Rebibbia Facility, as part of the examination “Prisoners’ Rights and the Constitution.”
Since 2024 she has been and currently is “Subject Expert” and Collaborator at the University of Roma Tre for the courses of Penitentiary Law and Criminal Procedural Law.
During her legal practice, she developed specific expertise in the area of Crimes against the Public Administration and Corporate Criminal Law.
She is involved in preventive legal due diligence, including compliance operations: she conducts risk assessment and drafting, implementing and updating organization, management and control models pursuant to legislative decree n. 231/2001.
She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2024.
She has been a member of the Bongiorno Law Firm since 2024.
