In 2008 she graduated with Honors in Law from the University of Roma Tre defending a thesis in Civil Procedural Law entitled: “The forced execution of the obligations to do and not to do”
In the same University, she then specialised at the School for Legal Professions.
In 2013, she obtained the title of PhD in Law of Public and Private Contracts at the University of Tuscia with a thesis entitled “Credit to consumers. Discipline profiles of the linked credit agreement”.
She has collaborated with the chair of Contract Law at the University of Tuscia, continuing her collaboration with the chairs of Private Law and Civil Law at the eCampus and Niccolò Cusano telematic universities, with the latter appointing her as an expert on the subject.
During her academic experience, she took part in numerous conferences and held in-depth seminars.
She has been a member of the Bar Association since 2012.
She carries out legal consultancy activities in mainly civil matters, with particular attention to the law of contracts and companies. By collaborating with law firms of university professors in areas of civil jurisdiction, she has gained experience in the management of litigation and out-of-court procedures for alternative dispute resolution.
In the law firms where she started her profession, she has come to play the role of manager in the consulting in favour of Corporate Groups operating mainly in the field of Telecommunications, Alternative Energy, Real Estate and sensitive to Intellectual Property issues.
In recent years, she has exercised her profession independently, albeit in an associated form, also specialising in the field of personal and family rights, succession and professional responsibility.
In 2022 she obtained the professional qualification of Family Mediator according to Technical Standard UNI 11644/2016.
She is the author of several publications on family law.
