In 2020, she obtained a Master\u2019s degree with honors in Law by the University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d, with a thesis in criminal procedural law titled \u201cAudita Iustitia<\/i>. The evidentiary incident: guarantee or limit?\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She completed her legal internship at the Attorney General\u2019s Office, the internship at the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office at the Juvenile Court of Rome, pursuant to art. 73, para. 11-bis<\/i> of the law-decree n. 69\/2013, and attended the School of Specialization for Legal Professions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Legal and Political Sciences, specializing in criminal procedure, at the Guglielmo Marconi University.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She is the author of publications in various journals, including \u201cArchivio Penale\u201d, \u201cDiritto penale e processo\u201d, and \u201cGiurisprudenza italiana\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She passed the bar in 2023 and is registered with the Rome Bar Association.<\/p>\n

Since 2024, she has been part of Studio Legale Bongiorno.<\/p>\n
