Roma (RM), 15 luglio 1995<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n She graduated in Law in 2019 at University of Rome \u201cRoma Tre\u201d, with honors, defending a thesis in criminal law entitled \u00abLa responsabilit\u00e0 penale del medico psichiatra\u00bb [\u201cThe criminal liability of the psychiatrist\u201d] in the light of medical malpractice outlined by Gelli-Bianco Law no. 24\/2017.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In 2017 she spent a semester in Spain, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zaragoza, as part of the Erasmus + program.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In 2022, she successfully completed a traineeship pursuant to art. 73 law decree no. 69\/2013: the first semester at the Attorney General\u2019s Office of the Court of Cassation \u2013 where she delved into the resolution of criminal and criminal procedural law issues \u2013 and the remaining twelve months at the Court of Assize of Appeal in Rome, where she assisted the assigned judge in all ordinary activities gaining specific experience in crimes within the Court\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n She has developed specific experience in the field of legal advice and assistance in criminal matters. In particular, she assisted natural and legal people \u2013 as defendants and people offended by the crime \u2013 involved in criminal proceedings for crimes against the public administration, the person, the property, and those concerning precautionary measures and prevention.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n She passed the FIGC Sports Agent exam.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n She is enrolled at the Rome Bar Association.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since 2022 she has been part of the Bongiorno Law Firm.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Foreign language: English.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
