She obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2022, discussing a thesis in Criminal Law, with the title \u201cThe case of corruption: the problematic aspects of the most recent regulatory framework.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

During her academic career, she worked in the Legal Desk at the Rome Rebibbia Facility, as part of the examination \u201cPrisoners\u2019 Rights and the Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Since 2024 she has been and currently is \u201cSubject Expert\u201d and Collaborator at the University of Roma Tre for the courses of Penitentiary Law and Criminal Procedural Law.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

During her legal practice, she developed specific expertise in the area of Crimes against the Public Administration and Corporate Criminal Law.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She is involved in preventive legal due diligence, including compliance operations: she conducts risk assessment and drafting, implementing and updating organization, management and control models pursuant to legislative decree n. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2024.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She has been a member of the Bongiorno Law Firm since 2024.<\/p>\n
