She graduated in Law from the University of Salento in 2015, cum laude, mention of merit and academic career, discussing a thesis in Bankruptcy Law entitled “The Crisis of the Small Entrepreneur“, with which she competed for the IV OCI Prize, intended for graduates with thesis on business competition, obtaining publication by the Observatory on the Business Crisis.

 

After graduating, she started a collaboration with the Chair of Commercial Law and Business Crisis Law at the University of Salento as an expert on the subject. She also took part in numerous conferences and held in-depth seminars on the main issues related to commercial law, with specific attention to corporate law and business crisis issues.

 

In 2017, she successfully completed a traineeship at the Court of Appeal of Lecce pursuant to art. 73 law decree no. 69/2013, where she collaborated with the judge dealing with all ordinary activities, participating in training courses, and gaining specific experience in the civil law field, particularly in banking, corporate and insurance law.

 

She is enrolled at the Lecce Bar Association.

 

In 2019, she was appointed member of the Commercial Section of the Salento Civil Chamber.

 

In October 2020, she obtained 2nd level Master’s Degree “Jurists and Business Consultants” directed by Prof. Sabino Fortunato at the University of Roma Tre, defending a thesis on tax criminal law.

 

In the course of her professional activity, she developed specific experience in legal consultation, judicial and extrajudicial assistance in civil sector and legal advice to companies. In this regard, she dealt mainly with commercial, company and business crisis law.

 

She is the author of several publications on corporate law.

 

She joined Studio Legale Bongiorno in 2020.
