She graduated in Law in 2018 at LUISS Guido Carli with honors, defending a thesis in criminal law entitled «L’ergastolo» [«The life imprisonment»] (Thesis supervisor: Prof. A. Gullo).

In 2017 she spent a semester in Belgium, at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, as part of the  Erasmus+ program, where she studied issues related to International Criminal Law and to Transitional Justice.

In 2018 she contributed to the drafting of the article entitled “Misure cautelari ex 231/2001: necessario contraddittorio anche in caso di revoca per condotte riparatorie”, published on the online journal, il Quotidiano Giuridico, Wolters Kluwer.

 

Before joining the Firm, she worked for primary law firms, both Italian and international, in the compliance and white collar crimes practice, where she dealt with issues related to corporate criminal liability and business criminal law.

In particular, she developed skills in drafting Organizational, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 for both Italian and foreign multinational companies.

She also gained experience in the consultancy and extrajudicial assistance in favor of companies and their Supervisory Bodies on issues regarding regulatory adaptation and in the assistance in conducting internal investigations.

 

She is enrolled at the Rome Bar Association.

 

She joined Studio Legale Bongiorno in 2020.
