She graduated in Law cum laude at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2018, defending a thesis in criminal procedure entitled «Lo statuto incerto della confisca», supervisor Prof. Gaito, with whom she collaborated during the thesis.
During her university studies, she attended courses at the University of Groningen (Netherlands) on international contracts law as well as international criminal law.
She has worked with a leading international law firm in compliance and white-collar crimes department, where she gained experience in the field of administrative liability of entities and corporate criminal law. In particular, she has acquired specific skills in the drafting and updating of organizational, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as in conducting defensive investigations, including preventive ones, on behalf of multinational companies in corruption, fraud and corporate related crimes. She has provided assistance in the implementation of risk assessment in the field of health and safety at work (Legislative Decree 81/2008). She has also gained experience in carrying out due diligence activities with reference to criminal risks in connection with extraordinary corporate transactions and real estate investments.
She has collaborated in the defense of managers of Italian and international companies in criminal proceedings relating to their professional activity, as well as companies in relation to proceedings pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She also spent a semester of secondment at a leading pharmaceutical company, part of an international group, in order to support internal functions and provide assistance in criminal and pharmaceutical compliance matters.
She is enrolled at the Bar Association of Rome.
She joined Studio Legale Bongiorno in 2021.
