She obtained her Master’s Degree with honours in Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2020, discussing a thesis in Prisoners’ Law and the Constitution with the title “The Protection of Women Prisoners in the Constitutional System”.
During her studies, she worked for the “Legal Desk in prisons” at the Rome Rebibbia prison, acquiring specific skills in the penitentiary legal area.
From 2020 she practiced law at the Attorney General’s Office of the State, gaining specific experience in the legal fields of the IV section.
Until 2022 she profitably performed the formative internship, pursuant to art. 73, para. 11-bis of the law-decree n. 69/2013, at the Court of Appeal of Rome – where she deepened procedural issues regarding criminal law – and at the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Rome, where she joined a magistrate in all her ordinary activities, obtaining specific experience in crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
In 2024, she attended her Master’s Degree “Model 231: Discipline, Cases and Supervisory Bodies” at 24Ore Business School, as a trainee and classroom tutor.
She is involved in preventive legal due diligence, including compliance operations: she conducts risk assessment and drafting, implementing and updating organization, management and control models pursuant to legislative decree n. 231/2001.
During her legal practice, she developed specific skills in legal counseling, dealing with the crime of bankruptcy and the criminal anti-money laundering prevention and legislation.
She has authored publications in the journal “Ius in itinere.”
She passed the bar of Rome in September 2023, hence becoming a lawyer.
She joined Studio Legale Bongiorno in 2024.
