Born in Bari (Italy) on the 5th of September in 1994

 

Graduated in law at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro” in 2018, 110/110 magna cum laude, with a thesis on criminal law named “Juridical analysis of secrecy: functional models between confidentiality, right to secrecy and criminal trial”,
supervisor Prof. Vito Mormando.

In 2020 he obtained the qualification to practice the legal profession and was the winner of the “Marco Ubertini” Award launched by Cassa Forense in favor of members who have obtained the qualification in the exam session for enrollment in the Legal Association announced in 2019 with the highest vote.

 

 

He has developed specific experience in the field of legal advice and assistance in criminal matters. In particular, he assisted natural and legal people – as defendants and people offended by the crime – involved in criminal proceedings for crimes against the public administration, the person, the property, tax and those concerning precautionary measures and prevention.

 

Finally, he was involved in consulting and updating the organization, management and control models for the prevention of crimes pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

 

He is registered with the Bari Bar Association.

 

Since 2021 he has been part of the Bongiorno Law Firm.
